For a large part of my life, I felt static in a place, as if I couldn't progress, many people call them being stagnant, I didn't have the economic freedom to give myself all the tastes I wanted like the sports car of my dreams, the most beautiful truck, the fastest motorcycle, or that big house with a pool facing the sea for the holidays, the penthouse of the most luxurious apartment of a beautiful building, decorating it as you want even designing it completely. To be able to take my loved ones on a trip, any day, any time of the year, without having to ask anyone's permission or worry about the total price it will entail. Choose the garments you wanted in any amount, no matter how expensive it was. I had to do jobs following orders, accepting mistreatment, being belittled, never being able to enjoy my free time since I didn't have it, having to miss important festivities with my family or leave the things I liked aside, postponing my dreams, postponing my goals to have to build the goals of someone else in exchange for a story. But what led me to hit rock bottom was an unforgettable stage.

For many years I had a feeling of not being able to financially take care of my loved ones, I saw how for years they worked very hard, every day more tired the diseases came to them, I saw how they humiliated them and not even their old age gave them the respect that an adult deserves. Having to do jobs where they are not happy, abandoning their dreams with a lot of pain but they do it out of the need to be able to survive, with no other option than to stop developing their skills due to lack of time, energy and go to build the dreams of someone else who could take the risks. When I realized this I had an anger, a feeling of anger so strong, that I decided to do something about it that completely changed everything.

I took several courses worth thousands of dollars, dedicated thousands of hours to studying and working hard with companies. When I began to achieve my goals I realized that true happiness is obtained in seeing the smiles of those people you love so much and knowing that you can take care of them, protect their safety and their happiness. In the freedom I got to find my happiness. Suddenly I realized that my Latino community, with a culture full of potential, intelligence and desire to get ahead were prone to repeating a similar story, and I am tired of seeing how we are left behind, I want us to start leading the business world. I want Latinos to recognize ourselves for being the strongest business owner force in the United States, the only thing that matters here is your desire to get ahead and to ask yourself what you would do for that house, that car, that freedom, that money and that power you want. I'm tired of people who start businesses failing because they don't have the knowledge in business administration, business sales, the tools to successfully lead all company operations.
